Comment on the 9/11 events by: Timothy Michel

Many independent analysis of the collapse of the twin towers and WTC7 all concluded that the manner in which those structures failed could not have been attributed to the impact of a 767 or 757 jet airliner alone. Each of the studies concludes that the symmetry of the collapse could have only been brought about by controlled demolition. The American people have now to hear from congress and what indictments will be brought against the masterminds of this horrific calculated loss of human life. Since all the evidence was shipped out of the country and reprocessed in The Peoples Republic of China, the people investigating this crime will have to draw from the limited number of samples that were saved before the volume of evidence was destroyed. The investigators have to rely on their understanding of engineering practices and physics to draw the necessary conclusions. What we as Americans have to ask now is who would commit such a crime against the people of this country. We need to look at who stood to gain from this crime. We also have to ask if there is anyone connected historically with such criminal activities in the interest of enriching themselves. We do know that Samuel Prescott Bush was labeled a "Merchant of Death" by the 1934 U.S. Congress for selling Arms through his Remmington Arms acquisition to both sides during WWI in the interest of profit. though many families may have infamous ancestors which may be a one time oclusion in an otherwise stellar family tree, concern arises when there is a pattern of behavior the transecnds generations. though this cannot be used as an indictment of any single member of a family, it certainly needs to be considered when events occur that remind one of the past infamous acts of their ancestors. (See: "The Bush Crime Family" ) An interesting observation made in this article is that, "Most of the records and correspondence of Samuel Bush’s arms deals have been burned “to save space” in the National Archives. This pattern of the systematic deletion of large portions of the public records is typical of all the Bushes.” World Trade Center Building 7 contained CIA records. Could they be records from George H.W. Bush's tenure as CIA director? Also the records of "The Securities and Exchange Commission were housed in that building. Could they have included the records of the SEC investigation of Harkin Oil (See: The Family That Preys Together) and specifically George W. Bush? The Great Iraq Oil Grab

This is an article that deserves to be on the front page of all the major newspapers in the United States. And a discussion should follow on all the major News channels if we were still a democracy, which it is apparent we're not. It seems that the more we learn about the Iraq War, the more we realize just how completely we were deceived. Red flags should have gone off the moment George W. Bush announced that he was going to invade without the blessings of the U.N. Why Americans didn't mass by the millions on the White House lawn I'll never understand. Does anyone really think that this raping of Iraq is in some way going to enrich we the people of the United States? The only people that are going to be enriched are stockholders of the oil companies that benefited from the invasion of Iraq and of course the principals of the companies that were awarded contracts in Iraq. Does anyone have any idea of how many 100's of billions of dollars just disappeared into the hands of people and companies unknown? Since we live in a world that tenders goods and services for currency, do we really understand how this transfer of money has shifted the balance of power in this country? Constitution of the Americas

Timothy Michel
May 22, 2006

I think we can al agree that the world policies championed by The United States aren't working. Our environments are devastated, our ability to sustain ourselves is in question, the quality of our lives is declining. The only thing that confers any sense of well being is our media. The movies, television, games, even the internet itself is the only aspect of life that confers a sense of improvement, and of course, none of that is real. Perhaps it's time to think of the western hemisphere as a group of countries with a common interest. Perhaps there is a way to create a Constitution with a structure like the original United States, except with improvements necessitated by what we've learned about the corruption of the United States itself. Perhaps we in the western hemisphere can entertain an idea like the European Union. Maybe we can improve on that idea as well. Maybe we can conceive of the smallest unit of government as a tributary to a water shed, an area drained by the same system of streams, rivers and underground aquifers that make up the groundwater supply. These areas are natural political boundaries in that anyone living within a watershed affects everyone else in the water shed. Read here to learn more.

Paleoclimatology: Explaining the Evidence

Climate change is the more serious threat to our security than any political or terrorist threat. The Bush administration has downplayed this threat to the point of treating it as insignificant. But as you read this article, and I suggest you wade through the entire article which is a very conservative article, I think you will come away with a sense of alarm that shouts at you that our entire national policy is so misguided as to be a threat to us itself. George Herbert Walker Bush, the first Bush preasident walked out on the Rio Accords becuase he said that we in America would never compromise our lifestyle to comply with greenhouse gas emmission standards. George H.W. Bush did all he could to ensure that oil sales remained unimapired and emmission reductions remained for ever the developing countries problem. see: Greed Is Good or A History of Pollution in Mexico Casts Clouds Over Trade Accord or Global Climate Change: This is our real security problem and everything else is a smoke screen and yet we're spending all our resources chasing a delusion! I'm including the history of The Apollo Project here, because there has been so much rummor about the Apollo project having never taken place. Though I haven't researched everything, The preponderence of evidence documenting the Apollo project I believe speaks volumes about it's reality. There are cover-ups in history that eventually get de-bunked, but never do cover-ups involve such elaborate detail and history as this presents. If you have any information regarding any cover-up regarding the Apollo Project please send me an e-mail to:

Bush Clears the Way for Corporate Domination

by: Joshua Holland
May 5, 2006

This is a must read article, an eye opener. Please note the footnotes I included on The World Trade Organization (WTO)and other organizations that impact US sovereignty. Understanding what the WTO is, sheds light of why 9/11 happened. It also makes sense of why The Patriot Act was enacted. It also sheds light on why our labor, and environment laws are ignored. It also underscores George W. Bush's request to allow The United Arab Emirates (UAE) to manage port security in the United States. In fact not allowing the UAE to manage U.S. port authority is illegal under agreements signed by the United States with regard to the Global Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) which means that the U.S. could be sanctioned for not allowing the UAE to manage our ports.

Target Iran - Air Strikes - 2006 Developments

from: GlobalSecurity.Org
February 17, 2006

This article highlights the developments of the buildup to war against Iran. There seems to be a readying for war on both sides. Israel has stated that they will attack Iran if they choose to pursue a course of producing their own nuclear fuel that could ostensibly be used either for making electricity or bombs. Recently, Iran has been referred to The United Nations Security Council for deciding to end their voluntary moratorium on nuclear fuel cycle development. The only countries voting against the measure were Cuba, Syria, and Venezuela. This is also the trigger for Israel’s stated aggression against Iran. And understand also, that Iran can defend themselves in a conventional weapons battle. That leaves only the NUCLEAR OPTION to provide an overwhelming advantage to the west. And also remember, Iran has the third largest remaining oil reserves in the world. I think we have to ask ourselves, is ours and others readiness to destroy Iran linked with our desire to have their oil for our cars? We then would have to confront the question of alternatives to oil. And we would have to ask ourselves, is it more anguishing to step up and and do the tedious research necessary to perfect and build fusion power plants and commit ourselves to the exhausting labor of converting our transportation systems to an environmentally friendly efficient all electric system or endure the pain and suffering of a nuclear conflict that will buy us only twenty more years of our cars and traffic jammed freeways at best. Remember that at the end of war, there is enormous hatred on all sides not to mention massive destruction. At the end of the intensive research and the intensive labor involved in rebuilding everything to run on electricity generated from hydrogen fusion power plants, we have feelings of mutual respect and relief that the next several generations of have the promise of exciting new times. War is hell. Massive reconstruction is hell. One path leads to promise, the other leads to despair. WE CHOOSE

War Against Iran

by: Michel Chossudobvsky
January 3, 2006

The launching of an outright war using nuclear warheads against Iran is now in the final planning stages.

Coalition partners, which include the US, Israel and Turkey are in "an advanced stage of readiness".

Various military exercises have been conducted, starting in early 2005. In turn, the Iranian Armed Forces have also conducted large-scale military maneuvers in the Persian Gulf in December in anticipation of a US sponsored attack.

Since early 2005, there has been intense shuttle diplomacy between Washington, Tel Aviv, Ankara and NATO headquarters in Brussels.

In recent developments, CIA Director Porter Goss on a mission to Ankara, requested Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan "to provide political and logistic support for air strikes against Iranian nuclear and military targets." Goss reportedly asked " for special cooperation from Turkish intelligence to help prepare and monitor the operation." (DDP, 30 December 2005).

Letters to Congress

Letter to Senator Barak Obama, by: Timothy Michel

This letter was a response to a mailing by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC). Barak Obama was making an appeal to the members of DSCC to make a contribution to the campaign funds for individual representatives campaigns in each members home state. what Barak Obama didn't do in his letter was address the very serious issues of the usurpation of the regular function of this government by members of the executive. Barak wrote, "enough is enough," but didn't bother to articulate what strategy he proposed to counter the usurpation of the government. Mr. Obama simply intoned that by continuing the regular processes of government would lead to a solution when the guard is changed. But what he didn't address in that charge was that the very processes of government have been illegally changed and that the regular processes of government are now illegal with respect to it defining document, "The Constitution of The United States." These violations of the trust of the people have to be addressed before any regular process of government can ever hope to remedy the present ills.

Letter to Senator Edward Kennedy, by: Timothy Michel

The illegal immigration situation can be described as tense at best. Legislatures have to balance the desire of 11 million immigrants who bypassed the normal immigration process to stay and continue to live in The United States with the anger felt by legal citizens who see their jobs evaporating as the hordes of immigrants pour over the border. On the one hand, those who have arrived here have already shown a certain degree of contempt for the laws of this country. On the other hand American Businessmen have shown a certain degree of contempt for the labor and environmental laws of this country by operating south of the border to avoid the cost of doing business penalty they would incur if they manufactured their products in the United States. Businesses have also shown a contempt for the law by hiring illegal immigrants and paying them most of the time half the minimum wage in order to have a cost advantage over their competitors. These practices have set the stage for what might become a major conflict between legal and illegal members of the American community. In this article, I share some of my personal experiences and opinions regarding this matter. I'm sure few will agree with me and probably many will disagree. But my main interest here is to determine whether or not all those here support the government of The United States over all others. I think that is the test to determine who is a true citizen.

Polybius (146 BCE) on the Rule of George W. Bush

Excerpt taken from a translation by: Evelyn S. Shuckburgh in 1889

This snippet from "The Histories" of Polybius, 146 BCE is very instructive about what is happening to this government and why the government seems to be disconnected from the people. It is surprising that a man living when Polybius did could make the observations that he did with regard to why a democracy could become corrupt like our democracy has. At one point in Polybius' dissertation he remarks about how lucky he was to live at the time he did in the Roman Empire, when all branches of government worked together in harmony. He also recognizes that the conditions that he lived under do not necessarily last long. I found this history very refreshing and comforting. He describes so clearly what is happening in our own government and yet he lived almost 2,200 years ago. I think that the observations of Polyubius also hint at what changes we need to make in our own government if we as a people and a country are going to survive these difficult and trying times. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Is Another 9/11 in the Works?

by: Paul Craig Roberts
March 15, 2006

03/15/06 "ICH' -- -- If you were President George W. Bush with all available US troops tied down by the Iraqi resistance, and you were unable to control Iraq or political developments in the country, would you also start a war with Iran?

Yes, you would.

State of the Union

There were no surprises in President Bush's address to Congress, except maybe the firm statement that within a month our country will be at war. The State of the Union is less a blueprint for the future than a series of metaphors and symbols, be they words like "resolve" or the empty chair in the President's box representing the dead of September 11, 2001.

The Sovereignty of the Nation

by: Timothy Michel
March 24, 2006

So many agreements in the past 17 years have so weakened our nation. The NAFTA agreement under George H.W. Bush drove a terrible stake in our labor and environmental protection laws. If we want to recognize Mexico as our brother, then let'S extend the protections, that we in America have worked so hard to enact, to our brothers in Mexico so that we can both enjoy the fruits of our labor. We can do that by making agreements that compel both of us to revise our constitutions to reflect the need for the protection of the land we need to sustain us and fair compensation for the work we do for others. Similarly we can extend commerce to other countries only as long as they agree to a constitution that protects the interest of the people of this country while at the same time protecting the interests of their people as well. Any agreement that damages the sovereignty of this country is void because the purpose of government is to protect the interest and welfare of the people of this country. Please read this article for a further discussion

It might be obvious for everyone that in order to establish a correct understanding of the situation in a certain country, you need to acquire a proper knowledge of the history of that country. Thus, I tried to collect as much information as possible about the Iraqi history. The main objective was to provide a historical profile of Iraq that is both short and satisfying at the same time.

Here you will find breif information about the different stages of the Historical development in Iraq, from the oldest known traces of the early human populations in this part of the world until the recent days in a chronological order. I hope that this humble effort would help younger Iraqi generations in diaspora to maintain a better knowledge about the History of their Homeland, and at the same time I hope that every friend of the Iraqi people would find some useful information regarding the history of Iraq.

Please... Notice that the long and rich History of Iraq is much greater than being displayed entirely on few pages on internet; yet this page could serve as a proper start point.

Compromizing National Assets

by: Timothy Michel

Privatizing national security is fundamentally wrong, whether it is sold to a British company or a UAE company. We have no world constitutional government that forms us into a world union so we, who agree to form into union for our greater advantage, have no world body of law to turn to ensure our equal treatment. Until such time as we have a constitutionally instituted government ratified by all the peoples of the world, we continue to have need to turn to the securities of our existing unions.

Montesquieu and His Relevance Now

In order for us to put our government in perspective of past governments, We need to understand how governments are classified and what democracy means. When we do this, I think that it is impossible to reach any other conclusion that our current form of government is a despotic form.

The Liberty of Our Forefathers

by: Timothy Michel

I don't know if many of you are aware of this, but the money that has been spent on the war in Iraq has gone into the hands of someone. Hundreds of billions of dollars has changed hands in the form of debt which means that you and i are going to be paying someone for that debt for a long time to come. George W. Bush has added 3 trillion dollars to the natinal debt in just five years in office. The liberties that our forefathers fought so hard for are rapidly evaporating before our eyes. For those of you whoase families haven't know the liberty that was supposed to be for all, what ever hope of knowing that liberty is rapidly for you as well. We have to defend the Bill of Rights with our lives, for if we don't, living in a civil society can be like living in hell once an elite group consolidates the power and employs the security forces to supress all those who dare express their dissent.

English Bill of Rights and John Locke

This examines 1600's England and the seeming similarity to the beginning of the twenty first centruy in America. George W. Bush has single handedly rolled back the hands of time to 15th century Europe which most European ancestors of the poeple in this country fled.

Geneology of George W. Bush

This is a geneology by Suzi Parker based on a book by Gary Boyd Roberts. This geneolgy mostly documents the priveldge status of the Bush family. I include this because it is my belief that when priviledge becomes the defining character of leaders in a country, the rights of the common man are no longer to be found.
